V-Anvil Micrometer-3 Flutes

The Mitutoyo Digimatic V-Anvil micrometer measures the outside diameter of cutting tools such as taps, reamers and end mills with three flutes.

Features

The Mitutoyo Digimatic V-Anvil digital micrometer combines a pointed spindle with a V-anvil for precise positioning and highly accurate measurements. The anvil and spindle are precision-milled from hardened steel for long-lasting accuracy, and a ratchet-stop mechanism applies uniform force for consistent, repeatable results. Measurements are shown on an easy-to-read LCD.

  • Available in Metric and Inch/Metric models
  • V-anvils with centerline groove available for measuring tap pitch diameter (single-wire method)
  • Ratchet mechanism gives an audible click to ensure constant measuring force
  • SPC output for quick, real-time data management
  • Functions: Origin Set, Zero/ABS, Data Hold, Data Output, 2 Presets, Function Lock, inch/mm conversion (inch/metric models only)
  • Alarms: Low Voltage; Counting Value Composition Error
  • Satin-chrome sleeve and laser-etched thimble markings for easier reading
  • Non-slip frame finish for better grip in shop environments
