30-Day Returns (RMA Required)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior RMA authorization.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee usually applies to returns that are not due to our error.

Exchanges: Defects or Upgrades

  • We will exchange products for defects or manufacturing issues within 30 days.
  • If you need to upgrade to a different product, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange within 30 days.

How to Request an RMA

  1. Provide your order number, part number, and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Pack items securely; include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned items (less any applicable restocking fees).
