Outside Micrometer-Non-Rotating Spindle-Ratchet Stop

The non-rotating spindle type Digimatic outside micrometer provides steady positioning during measurement for better accuracy repeatability.

Features

The Mitutoyo digital sheet metal micrometer is offered with a 6" or 12" throat, allowing measurements deep into the middle of sheet materials (metal, plastic, rubber, paper) with high accuracy. Readings appear on a large LCD, and the coolant-proof design plus ratchet thimble ensures a constant measuring force for precise, repeatable results.

  • Models with spherical anvil & flat spindle, and spherical anvil & spherical spindle
  • Available in Metric and Inch/Metric models
  • Carbide-tipped measuring faces resist wear for long-term accuracy
  • SPC data output for quick, real-time data management
  • Functions: Origin Set, Zero/ABS, Data Hold, Data Output, Function Lock, inch/mm conversion (inch/metric models only)
  • Alarms: Low Voltage; Counting Value Composition Error
  • Satin-chrome sleeve and laser-etched thimble scale for easier reading
  • Non-slip frame finish for better grip in shop environments

  • Includes a standard bar (except 0–1" / 0–25 mm model)
  • IP65 protection for use around cutting oil, dust, etc.**
