The Mitutoyo digimatic coolant-proof spherical face micrometer measures the wall thickness of various tubing within +/- 0.0001” of accuracy. This micrometer has an IP65 dust and water protection level.

Features

The Mitutoyo Digimatic digital spherical micrometer is offered with either a spherical anvil and flat spindle, or spherical measuring faces on both anvil and spindle. A ratchet-stop applies uniform force for precise, repeatable results and eliminates overspeed errors. Measuring range is 0–1.0" (0–25.4 mm), resolution 0.00005" (0.001 mm), accuracy ±0.0001".

  • Face options: spherical anvil + flat spindle, or spherical anvil + spherical spindle
  • Ideal for wall thickness of tubing, curved parts, and pipe
  • Spherical measuring faces are 0.59" diameter and carbide-tipped for durability
  • IP65 protection for shop-floor environments with cutting oil, coolant, dust, etc.
  • Ratchet mechanism gives an audible click to ensure constant measuring force
