Designed for Mitutoyo—and compatible with all major digital gages and measuring instruments.
Whether you're collecting SPC data from a single station or a multi-gage bench, FlexPort delivers unmatched flexibility, speed, and reliability—now with manual toggle control for each input to simplify operator workflows.
Three Output Modes – Built In:
- USB HID (Keyboard Mode): Send readings into any software—Excel, Minitab, custom apps—no drivers needed.
- USB Virtual COM Port (VCP): Appears as a COM port for dedicated SPC systems and scripts.
- DB9 RS232 Serial: Standard legacy output and pass-thru for serial devices or daisy-chaining.
Why the Toggle Version? Operators can press a physical switch per channel to send or re-send data—ideal for short-run checks, fixture setups, or when gloved hands make tiny pushbuttons inconvenient.
Advanced Features (Standard):
- Per-channel LED feedback confirms data capture
- External trigger jacks for footswitch or hand switch input (one per input)
