Specialty, made-to-order visual indicator for FlexDisplay.
The FlexDisplay Light Bar mirrors pass/fail logic and other I/O-driven events from your FlexDisplay, giving operators unmistakable visual feedback. Use it to signal GO/NO-GO results based on programmed spec limits, or as a placement/sequence indicator during loading and checks. Connects directly to FlexDisplay DB15-HD I/O (TTL 5 V) and can also be driven by a PLC. Custom builds available to match your station, fixture, and wiring standards.
Custom Options (Built to Order)
- Form factor: overall length, number of segments, lens style
- LED scheme: color layout (e.g., green/amber/red), steady/flash patterns, escalation behavior
- Cabling & connectors: cable length, DB15-HD harness, quick-disconnect or pigtail to terminal block
- Mounting: brackets for panel/fixture, magnetic or T-slot hardware (per application)
- I/O mapping: per-channel status vs. master GO/NG, invert logic, blink on fault
- PLC integration: direct to PLC digital inputs; 12/24 V signaling achievable via external interface/relay (not included)
