FlexDisplay — Real-time visibility, smarter decisions.
Use the FD-1ADV right out of the box, or configure specs per input for on-screen GO/NG, advanced math, and automated data send. It’s made for complex fixtures and multi-gage stations where you need clear, immediate feedback and robust PC/PLC connectivity.
- 8 gage inputs / 1 display plus 8 virtual math ports (shown on the readout)
- Rotary switch to choose the displayed port; per-input and Master GO/NG indicators
- Remote zero for the displayed reading; data send via button or 2.5 mm jack
- PC/PLC output in standardized serial formats; PLC I/O for part sorting and alarms
- Advanced math: add, subtract, average (2+ inputs), Min, Max, Range/TIR, constants, and Echo
- Watchdog & channel bypass: flags gage errors and keeps other inputs running
